In collaboration with the very talented artist Jo Laing, only 250 of pieces of this very limited edition candle and matchbox pairing have been made.
The pieces in our collaboration were imagined as a moment beneath the same sky. The candle holds the depth of midnight - a tranquil indigo scattered with silver stars - capturing the quiet stillness before sleep. The matchbox, brushed with a softer blue, reflects the tender light that rises before dawn.
The Candle
The extraordinary scent captures the cocooning comfort we long for in the colder months. Hand-poured in small batches from pure soy wax, and finished with clean-burning cotton wicks. At its heart lies aromatherapeutic blend of sacred palo, santo, soothing lavender, warming Frankincense and grounding patchouli.
More than the scent alone, this blend helps to calm and ground your mind while easing you through the winter months. Light the wick, pause and allow the therapeutic fragrance to unfurl around you.
The Matchbox
Designed as a complimentary pairing, the 250 limited edition design has been meticulously made by hand, and each unique box is signed and numbered.
The ceramic artwork sits atop a luxury card case with striker strip. Each box contains 40 coloured extra long safety matches.
Our story
de Mamiel was founded by skin health specialist Annee de Mamiel after studying first hand the effects of modern day life on real people's skin in her clinics in both the UK and US. After seeing how her formulations transformed her clients' comlpexions, Annee's was inspired to create a brand which enabled people to feel the best version of themselves every day. The result is a collection of products that integrate science, nature and the senses to restore skin's integral glow and bring it back into balance.
