First Fix

Use every evening after cleansing and toning your skin. Place 2 - 4 pumps in your palm and rub your hands together to warm and activate the serum. Breathe in the aroma deeply, then massage over your face, working outward and upward until everything is absorbed. Follow with your moisturiser and/or oil. If your skin is in intensive need of repair, use both morning and evening.

Essential Eye Fix

Sweep the cooling roller along your under-eye area, and gently tap outwards along the orbital bone to promote drainage. Use both morning and night on clean, dry skin.

Is First Fix suitable for my skin?

If you’re feeling stressed and your skin is showing signs of confusion, then First Fix is for you. Unlike other products you may have in your skincare routine, First Fix is less about skin types and more about how your skin is feeling and behaving. Given that stress is a such a pervasive issue that affects us all, First Fix is perfectly placed to deal with any stress-related skin conditions such as lack of radiance, dryness, irritation and increased sensitivity, and help restore it back to optimal health and balance.

Is First Fix suitable for use on acne-prone skin?

First Fix is suitable for all skin types but works well on blemish-prone skin thanks to the inclusion of Distinctive Blueberry, a flavonoid which has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits to soothe and repair inflamed and irritated skin.

Can I use First Fix if I’m pregnant?

First Fix is an excellent addition to your pregnancy skincare routine, although we advise against using it in the first trimester.

How much should I use?

Around 2-4 pumps each time you use it is plenty.

How should I apply it?
As with every de Mamiel product, the ritual of application is as important as the product; in independent psychometric testing and electroencephalography testing (EEG), First Fix was found to significantly impact the positive emotions of testers, who reported a 93% increase in feelings of pleasure after using it. To use, take a moment’s pause, apply a few pumps to fingertips and gently rub together to warm the product. Inhale deeply for a count of 3, pause, then exhale for a count of 5. Apply to skin working up and outwards from the jaw line. 

When should I use it?
As with every skincare product, it’s important to take time to listen to your skin. Although First Fix is primarily designed to be used in your evening routine, if your skin is in need of intensive repair or some extra TLC, then add it in as an extra step in your morning routine.

Where in my routine should I use it?

Use First Fix wherever you would use a serum. For use in the morning, apply after using Restorative Cleansing Balm or Pure Calm Cleansing Dew and Dewy Facial Mist, and follow with Exhale Daily Hydrating Nectar SPF30. For use in the evening, use after Restorative Cleansing Balm or Pure Calm Cleansing Dew, then follow with your Seasonal Facial Oil of choice and Skin Recovery Blend.

How long will the bottle last for?

Dependent on the usage, on average one bottle should last for approximately 70 days.

How long should I use it for?

First Fix can be used long-term as a preventative and reparative treatment.

How long will it take to see results?

This is dependent on the individual but based on our independent clinical trials, you should see results or changes in two weeks.
