How to use

Warm a few drops between your hands inhale slowly three times before massaging the oil into you face and neck. Apply as the final step in your skincare, use morning and evening if your skin needs it or just in the evening.

This simple technique can be used anytime you need to have a moment of calm and bring balance into your daily life. Warm a few drops of the oil between your hands before holding them over your face and slowly inhaling for a count of three. Inhale deep into your belly so your stomach pushes out with the breath. Hold for a count and then exhale slowly for a count of five and repeat 5 times.
