How to use

Warm a few drops between your hands inhale slowly three times before massaging the oil into you face and neck. Apply as the final step in your skincare, use morning and evening if your skin needs it or just in the evening. You can also mix a few drops into our Skin Recovery concentrate to make a deeply nourishing overnight skin treatment.

The Science

Kahai oil contains the highest content of natural retinol making it excellent for reducing signs of aging including lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation. Plus, it promotes collagen production and cell turnover, leading to firmer and more youthful-looking skin.

Rice Bran combines Vitamin E and ferulic acid which helps protect skin from oxidative stress and UV damage.

Vitamin B complex, especially niacin, helps to reduce hyperpigmentation, even out skin tone, and brighten the complexion. Essential fatty acids and squalene prevent moisture loss and enhance skin softness and suppleness.

While the oils work on the skin, we want to treat the whole person and the easiest way to do this is using the breath to access the parasympathetic nervous system. This simple technique can be used anytime you need to have a moment of calm and bring balance into your daily life. Warm a few drops of the oil between your hands before holding them over your face and slowly inhaling for a count of three. Inhale deep into your belly so your stomach pushes out with the breath. Hold for one count and then exhale slowly for a count of five and repeat 5 times.
