Soft Light Ritual

Apply after bathing or before bed as the final ritual of the day.

Warm several drops between your palms, bring your hands towards your face and take three slow breaths. Allow the aroma to create a clear boundary between the day that has passed and the night ahead.

Beginning at the feet, massage into skin using slow, rhythmic upward strokes, working from feet to heart. Spend a little longer around the calves, thighs and hips, and across the chest and shoulders, allowing any held tension to soften beneath your hands.

Gently sweep from behind the ears down the sides of the neck towards the collarbones, supporting lymphatic flow and helping the body settle into rest.

Finish by placing one hand over the heart and one over the lower abdomen. Breathe slowly. Allow your exhale to become a little longer than your inhale.
