First Fix Ritual

1 · Regulate — Soften the System

Warm a few drops of First Fix between your palms and inhale. Massage over the face and neck, pausing to press:

This balances heart-rate variability (HRV), enhancing resilience and repair. Gently hold Pericardium 6 (Inner Gate) three finger-widths above the wrist crease; it harmonises emotion and deepens breath.

4 · Restore — Temperature & Stillness
Lay a warm compress over your face for one deep inhale — warmth signals safety and oxytocin release. Then sweep a cool cloth or chilled stone along the jawline to re-tone micro-vessels and reset the vagus nerve. Dim lights or use candlelight; this encourages melatonin flow and calm.
