The Longevity Ritual

This Longevity Ritual restores breath rhythm, oxygen exchange, and vagal balance, three of the body’s deepest longevity pathways. When air moves freely, energy follows; when energy flows, the whole system renews.

The Breath Reset (3–5 minutes)
1 · Regulate - Inhale Clarity
Warm a few drops of Altitude Oil between your palms, cup over your nose, and take five slow breaths: in for 4, out for 6. Feel the cooling lift of Eucalyptus, Lemon Myrtle, and Peppermint opening the lungs, oxygenating blood, and awakening the senses.
2 · Release - Sweep and Ground
With your fingertips, trace gentle strokes from behind the ears down the neck to the collarbones. This clears lymphatic flow and releases the day’s tension through the vagus pathway — the bridge between body and calm.
3 · Recode - Reawaken Energy
Press lightly at Lung 1 (beneath the outer collarbones) and Pericardium 6 (three fingers above the inner wrist). Breathe into these points; they expand breath, balance emotion, and restore oxygen rhythm through skin and system alike.
4 · Restore - Warm then Cool
Finish with one warm, open-palmed press over the chest — heat signals safety and softens fascia — then a cool mist or compress across the face to stimulate microcirculation and sharpen clarity.
