Altitude bath Soak Ritual

Pour a generous handful into warm running water. The ideal temperature is between 38–40°C, warm enough to encourage circulation and relaxation without overheating the body.
Sink into the bath until the water reaches chest level and, if comfortable, allow your shoulders to soften beneath the surface.
Stay for twenty minutes or longer. Breathe deeply. Notice the shift as tired muscles begin to release and the mind becomes quieter.
